Do I need a demo or a contract?

Do you submit pay apps for me?
No. You review and approve every pay app. PayClear never sends anything to your GC without you.
Is this the AIA form?
No. PayClear uses its own pay application and continuation sheet layout with the same information GCs expect. If your GC requires a form you've licensed, you can copy the figures across.
